Terms and Conditions

All items are subject to  stock availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will offer a refund. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and despatch email. You will be credited for those items back to your PayPal account.

You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the “submit order” button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process.

RETURNS POLICY

Each parcel contains a delivery note, listing items enclosed. If you require a replacement or refund please complete the returns section, detach and return with the items you are sending back using the returns address label. Please state the reason for the returned items within 7 days. This will enable us to address any issues. Please return items in their original condition and packaging.

When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post. When products are returned by post, you should obtain proof of postage from the postal service you use. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using Paypal.

However if an item is bought as part of a special offer then the criteria for that offer can affect the refunded price.

If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:

  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in a store.
  • You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume, cosmetics or deodorant which may leave  scent or marks on the products.
  • Tags should not be removed from any item.
  • The original packaging should be retained and returned.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may not be refunded in full. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

The data you complete during the ordering process will enable us to fulfil your order. We will notify you from time to time, by email, information about products with details of promotions and special offers from LaCapa.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
